Brief Description:

Modules cover the following five topics: “Human Resource Management and Personnel Psychology”, “Behavior in Organizations”, “Market and Competition” , “Behavioral Economics” and “Methodology”. These modules give students the opportunity for an individual focus and substantial choice.

The program includes required modules, required electives and elective modules. The required modules, which include an interdisciplinary module on “Business and Psychology: Joint Seminar with Tandem Projects”, are offered at the beginning of the program, and they lay the foundation for all five thematic pillars. In addition, an interdisciplinary research seminar spanning semesters three and four, with a strong link to the Master’s thesis, is offered. All mandatory courses are taught completely in English; in the required electives and elective modules, students can choose modules in German or English.
